Second generation LAI antipsychotic medications are first line treatment in early psychotic disorders. This model derives from schizophrenia treatment indications and it should be discussed in the area of early intervention, where uncertain diagnostic framework may arise. This speech will focus on pros and cons of LAI treatment in early intervention an treatment of psychotic diseases.
